Ways to Connect Your CRM to VICIdial
Method 1: HubSpot via Webhooks & Dispo URL
Use VICIdial's "Dispo URL" feature to send call data (lead ID, disposition, agent, recording link) to HubSpot. Third-party connectors like Blue Telecoms offer commercial real-time 2-way sync with screen pops.
Method 2: Zapier + Webhooks
Zapier's Webhooks app receives VICIdial Dispo URL posts and relays to Salesforce, Zoho, or Google Sheets. Set the VICIdial webhook to hit Zapier's "Catch Hook" URL and chain Zap actions to your CRM.
Method 3: Direct Database Sync
Pull call logs from VICIdial's MySQL database — query vicidial_log and vicidial_closer_log tables. Good for historical data but requires secure database access and scheduled scripts.
Method 4: API Middleware
Build custom middleware that parses Dispo URL payloads and forwards to any API-based CRM or ERP. Offers full control over field mapping but requires development resources to build and maintain.
