Billing

Your service with eTollFree comes with a dedicated billing account, and this account is credited by you as prepayment, and debited by us as per your service usage. Your service with us is a prepaid service.

Your daily call usage, as well as the fixed monthly fees that we charge for the service, are deducted from your credit balance. You must set up an automatic credit schedule, so when your credit balance runs low it is credited automatically.

So it’s simple: We debit your eTollFree account for your call charges and the monthly service fee, and your account is credited with your chosen payment method/amount when the balance runs low.

How Our Billing Works

  1. Your account begins with a balance of -$3.50 (credit balance we issue for trial purposes).
  2. Once your usage balance > $0, your account will require payment in order to stay active.
  3. Our minimum required payment is $25.00
  4. After any payments, your account will have a credit balance equal to your payment (-$25.00)
  5. Your daily calling usage + your toll-free monthly fees will be deducted from your credit balance
  6. A minimum payment of $25.00 will be charged each time you reach $0 Balance

Disconnect Charged

Currently, the disconnection fee will not be applied for disconnecting telephone numbers. Telephone numbers disconnected between billing periods will be charged a full monthly service fee for entire bill period.

Account Refunds

If an account credit balance is greater than $25.00, we will offer a full refund to the payment method originally provided.

Accounts with credit balances equal to or less than $25.00 will not be eligible for a refund. Your credit balance will remain on the account and can be used for future purchases.

Account Disputes

If Customer in good faith disputes any invoiced amount, it shall submit to eTollfree within fifteen (15) days following receipt of such disputed invoice the written documentation identifying the disputed invoiced amounts, the eTollfree-supplied Call Detail Records (CDRs) for the disputed calls, and the reason for the dispute. The Parties shall investigate the disputed invoiced amounts, and eTollfree may issue a credit against future invoices. Failure to contest a charge within one hundred eighty (180) days of the date of the invoice will create an irrefutable presumption of the correctness of the charge. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, in the event of a good faith dispute, Customer may only withhold up to fifty percent (50%) of the disputed amount until the dispute has been resolved by eTollfree, after which Customer’s invoice will be adjusted if resolved in Customer’s favor. Any amounts due hereunder that are not paid when due shall accrue interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum amount allowable by law, compounded daily, beginning with the day following the date on which payment was due, and continuing until paid in full. eTollfree shall have the right to set off any amounts due hereunder which are not paid when due against any amounts owed to Customer by eTollfree or any of its affiliates pursuant to any other agreement or arrangement. eTollfree may make billing adjustments for eTollfree Services for a period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the date a Service is rendered, and for Third Party Services at any time within two (2) months of eTollfree’s receipt of any invoice from the Third Party Provider, or any other timeframe allowed by contract, law, or government rule or regulation, whichever is later. eTollfree reserves the right to back bill at any time for any possible access or reciprocal fees should those arise. Please fill out our dispute form and send to [email protected]

Suspicious or Unknown Inbound Calls

You may find that from time to time you receive calls to your inbound toll-free or local numbers that are unrecognized. This is normal for any toll-free number or local number. Please keep in mind, all telephone numbers including toll-free numbers have been in existence for some time.

You may own a toll-free number that was previously owned by another company. If that previous company had a lot of call volume or did not notify their customers of a number change, you may experience an overflow of calls from customers of the previous owner. All numbers in our inventory state disconnected at least 30 days before being re-issued.

The only solution to this issue would be to disconnect your current number and choose a different number.

ETollfree is not responsible for any unwanted calls and will not refund any calls you deem as being unwanted.

Minute Increment

All domestic calls originating and terminating in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and US Virgin Isl. will be billed in one (1) minute increments with a one (1) minute minimum. All domestic calls from the contiguous United States will be billed in one (1) minute increments with a one (1) minute minimum.

Toll-free & Local Number Portability

Number portability allows the subscriber of a local or Toll-Free number to switch providers while retaining the same number for incoming calls.

The port-IN request allows subscribers to move numbers from a third party carrier onto the eTollfree Telephone Cloud Network. Our charge for this service is $10.00 per number.

  2. Make sure you have at least $25.00 balance on your account. We will only charge $10.00 per number, but you don’t want to have a negative balance after our charge that might cause your numbers to go out of service.
  3. Download and fill out our Tollfree Authorization (LOA) form
  4. Email your request + LOA to [email protected]

Once we receive your request, we will send your LOA to the losing carrier. They will have 1 to 5 working days to respond and release your number.
