I’m using our demo server that you can visit at: demo.edialer.net

Go to User Groups>Add A New User Group

Click Add A New User Group

Then, add the following details:

• Group
• Description

Click SUBMIT

User Group is used for features like Shift Enforcement, Agent Display Options, Administrative Reports and Campaign Viewing Permission.
