After purchasing, and adding the DID or phone number, to your e-tollfree customer portal. You can check out our previous video, on how to add the DID to eDialer.We are now ready to route, the DID to a call menu.
- First, go to your e-dialer administration dashboard.
- Then go to Inbound, DIDs and show DIDs.
- Click Modify to the DID you want to route to an ingroup.
- For “DID Route”, Choose Call Menu.
- Go to the call menu field and select the call menu that you want to associate to this phone number.
- Then, submit to save.
