DID to Call Menu

After purchasing, and adding the DID or phone number, to your e-tollfree customer portal. You can check out our previous video, on how to add the DID to eDialer.We are now ready to route, the DID to a call menu.

  1. First, go to your e-dialer administration dashboard. 

  2. Then go to Inbound, DIDs and show DIDs. 

  3. Click Modify to the DID you want to route to an ingroup. 

  4. For “DID Route”, Choose Call Menu.



  5. Go to the call menu field and select the call menu that you want to associate to this phone number. 

  6. Then, submit to save.
