How do I get signed up?

We’re thrilled that you’re considering signing up for our service. To help you get started, we have prepared a step-by-step guide on how to proceed.

Step 1: Select your Phone Number

The initial step is choosing a phone number which can either be a local or toll-free number. To do so, visit our website and go to the “Toll-Free Menu” and select the number that best fits your requirements.

This section provides you with five options to choose from for your toll-free number. For those interested in a specific Vanity toll-free number, you can select the first three digits of your desired toll-free number from the dropdown menu. To represent each letter, use the corresponding number on a mobile phone keypad, with the star key (*) standing in for a character. For instance, for “800-HELLO,” you would input 800-43556, followed by star keys.

Please remember that not all numbers you seek may be available as our search feature accesses a central database shared with other carriers. This database is dynamic and updates in real-time based on availability across multiple providers. Therefore, if you find a number that suits your needs, we advise securing it promptly.

For those who prefer a US local number, the process is simple. Go to the “Worldwide” section on our website. From there, select “USA” from the dropdown menu. You will then be prompted to choose your number. To do this, input your preferred 3-digit area code. After making your selection, set the capabilities filter to “any” and then click on “search.”

Please note that SMS and MMS features are currently being developed, and we anticipate releasing an update to all our users soon. We appreciate your patience as we enhance our service offerings. For other international numbers, our customer support specialists are available to assist you.

Step 2: Decide on Call Forwarding

Once you’ve selected your toll-free number, your next decision is how you’d like incoming calls to be handled.

For forwarding to another US number, input the country code 1 followed by the 10-digit phone number.

For international forwarding, input “011,” followed by your country code and phone number.

To direct calls to a VOIP or PBX Connection, provide an IP address or domain name associated with your PBX system.

For Fax to email, provide the email address where incoming faxes will be received.

Conference Bridge,’ ‘VOIP Phone,’ and ‘Call Screening’ require an existing eTollFree account and prior configuration in your PBX dashboard.
