Mastering Call Forwarding on Your Cloud Phone System

Step One: Access the Dashboard

Begin by logging into your Cloud Phone System Dashboard, the nerve center of the system where you can access all its features and settings.

Step Two: Navigate to Applications

From the dashboard, look for the menu bar on the left side of your screen. Click on “Applications” to expand a dropdown list of options.

Step Three: Select Call Forward

Among the options under “Applications,” click on “Call Forward.” This will open a new page where you can manage all your call forwarding settings.

Step Four: Set Call Forwarding Parameters

Once on the Call Forwarding page, you’ll notice three conditions at the top right of the page where you can apply Call Forwarding: Busy, No Answer, and Not Registered.

Busy: To set up Call Forwarding when your line is busy, look for the option labeled “On Busy.” Here, you can enter the number or extension where you want your incoming calls to be forwarded when your line is busy. The number should be the format: 1 + the 10-digit number. 

No Answer: Under the “No Answer” option, input the number or extension where the calls should be redirected when there’s no answer on your end.

Not Registered: If you’re not logged into your account or your user is not registered, you can set up Call Forwarding under the “Not Registered” option. Again, input the number or extension where you’d like your calls to be forwarded.

Step Five: Save Changes

After setting your desired parameters, look for the “Save” button, usually located at the bottom of the page. Clicking this ensures that your new Call Forwarding settings are stored and activated.

With these simple steps, you’ve now successfully set up Call Forwarding in your Cloud Phone system. Flexible and user-friendly, Call Forwarding ensures you never miss an important call, no matter your status.
