Step 1: Access Contacts
From the Cloud Phone System Dashboard, go to “Applications”. Then, Contacts.
Step 2: Create Contact
To create a new contact, simply click on the ‘+ Add’ icon located at the top right corner of the Contacts Page. This action will open up a form intended for contact details.

Step 3: Fill in the Contact Details
Now, it’s time to fill in the details of your new contact. This includes the contact’s name, organization, phone numbers, and any other pertinent information. Take your time to ensure all the details are correct.
Step 4: Save the Contact
Once all the information is filled out, click on the ‘Save’ button to add the contact to your FusionPBX Contacts list. Your new contact is now created!
Step 5: Navigate & Generate the QR Code
Now that your contact has been saved, it’s time to generate their QR Code. On the contact details page, locate the QR Code icon at the top right corner of the contact page you created. Click on it and Cloud Phone System will create a unique QR code for your contact. This QR code contains all the contact’s information you’ve just entered.
Step 6: Utilize the QR Code
With your QR Code generated, you can now use it to share contact details effortlessly. Simply scan the QR code using a QR code reader on your smartphone or device, and all the contact details will be imported to your device’s contact list.
