Things to remember:
- When using a softphone, the audio setting is controlled by the softphone app, not eDialer.
- We recommend using a USB headset when using the eDialer system for better connectivity.
- Unplug your headset and plug it back on a different USB port just to let windows reinstall the headset’s audio driver.
