In order to enable outbound calling using our services you will have to install our custom Softphone application on either your computer or smart phone.
- Download and install Bria Softphone application. If you are using a smart phone you can search for “Bria” in application store. Here are lists of smartphone applications we support:

- Once your Softphone has been installed you will need the login credentials to activate your service. To obtain login credentials you can log into your account and navigate to the VoIP Phone Page (//portal.etollfree.net/phone_extension.html) and create a new phone extension.
- Now, apply your newly created phone extension settings within your softphone phone application.
