The ViciDial system is in the English version and available in Spanish, Italian, Greek, German, French, and Brazilian Portuguese upon request. After whitelisting your IP address, you will have access to eDialer\’s welcome page that shows you the Agent Login, Administration, Time clock, and access to the vicidial interface.

1. Click the ViciDial Login button.
2. Click the Administration button.
3. Type in the username and password. NOTE: The user login and user password is sent to your registered email. You can change your password anytime after logging in.
4. When you login, the first page you will see is the eDialer dashboard.
5. This gives an overall call count made all throughout the day and updates in real time.
