How to Login using a softphone?
This applies to any softphone user either Eyebeam, xlite, zoiper or bria.
Here’s the step by step instructions how to login to eDialer using a softphone.
- Open your installed softphone.
2. Wait until the softphone shows its registered.
3. Open your Chrome browser.
4. White list your IP address when necessary using eDialer’s Firewall credentials.
5. Click Vicidial Login
6. Click agent login
7. Type in your phone credentials.
8. Then, your user credentials.
9. Choose the campaign.
10. Click submit.
11. As soon as you click submit, your softphone will ring. It\’s important to ANSWER the call and NEVER HANG UP.
12. Then depending on your user privilege, you may see a pop up box for inbound calls.
13. Then, click submit.
