eDialer Administration Login

The eDialer Administration Login gives you access to modify, manage, and monitor how your dialer system runs.

The eDialer system is available in English by default and can also be provided in Spanish, Italian, Greek, German, French, and Brazilian Portuguese upon request.

After whitelisting your IP address, you will have access to the eDialer welcome page, which displays the Agent Login, Administration, Time Clock, and the VICIdial interface.

Steps to Log In

  1. Click the Administration button on the eDialer welcome page.
  2. Enter your username and password.

    NOTE: Your user login and password are sent to your registered email address. You can change your password at any time after logging in.

    When you log in, the first page you will see is the eDialer dashboard.
